Laura and David James

A little bit about us:

In 2009, Laura and her husband, David, began managing their own vacation property as a rental.  In 2010, David’s father became a vacation home owner, and they added his home to their inventory.  Laura obtained her NC Real Estate License, (license # 273502) opened Carova Cottages and began her dream of managing property for others. Her background as a math teacher, and David’s background in the construction/historic restoration industries give them the advantage of being able to handle and/or oversee most of the jobs needed for successful property management.  Their hands-on approach allows them to get to know your home intimately, taking care of problems before they arise.
